I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and I specialize in women’s health and fertility.
I’m passionate about helping women make nutrition and lifestyle changes that are sustainable to help them feel their best and achieve their goals, whether that is conceiving, having a healthy pregnancy, feeling like themselves again postpartum, losing weight, or managing a chronic condition.
I started Lauren McCabe RD after struggling with my own women’s health issues, to educate, support, and empower all women, because let’s face it, women’s health is complicated.
I’m a girl mom, and my beautiful daughter is the inspiration behind everything that I do.
