FAQ
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare as well as HSA and FSA cards. I can also provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of the services you received, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
How do I know if the service will be covered by my insurance?
Just because I may accept your insurance, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the service will be covered as all insurance plans can vary in coverage. It’s always best practice to verify your benefits prior to your appointment so there are no surprise charges.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, I offer virtual appointments through a HIPAA compliant web-based video platform.
What method of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.
How long are appointments?
The initial appointment is usually 60-90 minutes and follow-up appointments are generally 30-60 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the session. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
